SOCITEC offers a range of data loggers for monitoring and controlling shocks and vibrations during transport. We are involved in the dynamic sizing and qualification of trailers and transport platforms to ensure the preservation of the integrity of the transported elements throughout the journey. Our teams carry out vibration measurements along the entire route, as well as modeling of trucks, their loads, and their movement, to optimize transport conditions and protect sensitive equipment.

Protecting sensitive cargo isn’t only about the isolation hardware, it’s about knowing what actually happened during the journey. A shock event during a single handling operation or an unexpected resonance on a particular road section can compromise high-value equipment without anyone noticing until commissioning. Real-time monitoring closes this gap: it provides objective proof of transport conditions, enables corrective action mid-journey, and feeds the engineering data needed to size isolation correctly for future shipments. For high-value or contractually critical cargo, this traceability is as important as the protection itself.
