Whether it is satellites launched aboard rockets, heavier and more complex structures aboard or comprising various space modules, or electronic systems that need to function continuously, the solutions we develop ensure protection for these equipment during both liftoff and transit.
We also isolate launch pads and their various systems, particularly electronics, from the intense vibrations associated with launches. With their resistance to temperatures ranging from -200 to +350°C and an unlimited service life, our shock and vibration absorption systems provide highly effective, long-term protection.

Socitec's shock and vibration protection systems are adaptable to be integrated with highly specialised packaging used for the transport of rocket modules, engines, satellites, or even large and fragile telescope components.
We develop and supply suspension and other shock and vibration solutions that ensure secure transportation, whether by road, sea, or rail, and we monitor the vibration levels experienced by the equipment throughout the journey.

For rocket engine maintenance, we design systems integrated into the supports that secure them against any risk of mishandling or falling. Our cable dampers and elastomers are custom-made to ensure that engines and other fragile, costly equipment are securely held throughout the entire operation.
